This is how an unvaccinated resident returns to Abu Dhabi from India with ICA approval

An Indian with a valid Abu Dhabi visa returned to emirate with the Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship’s (ICA) approval. Janice Breganza, a banker, went to Goa to meet her parents in April.
