The second batch of the UAE Astronaut Programme was open to Emiratis above 18 years of age with a bachelor's degree. DUBAI - The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) has received 4,305 applications for the second batch of the UAE Astronaut Programme, up by more than 7 percent from the first batch..
