EIBFS expands trainee pool to 35,000 banking and financial professionals during 2022

A total of 166 top-tier training programmes delivered during 2022

Dubai-UAE – The Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS), a regional leader in banking and finance education and training, has announced the completion of successful training of over 35,000 professionals working in the country’s banking and financial sector in the fiscal year 2022.

Over 13,600 UAE nationals registered for the EIBFS programmes between January and December 2022 and completed their training. This constituted 40% of the total number of participants and comprised 85% female and 15% male UAE Nationals.

A total of 166 training programmes were provided by EIBFS during 2022, including top-tier courses such as the Banking Annual Training Programme, Insurance Annual Training Programme, learning pathways, privately owned programmes, professional specialised certifications, and 7 Emiritisations courses.

According to the 2022 yearend report, the number of trainees in the in-class sessions was 27,741, while the number of trainees who enrolled in the EIBFS E-learning platform (Insight) was 6,396.
