Mwasalat inks pact to launch bus service to Sharjah

Mwasalat has signed an agreement with Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority to operate daily bus trips between Muscat and Sharjah.Muscat – Mwasalat, a subsidiary of ASYAD Group, has signed an agreement with Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) of the United Arab Emirates to operate daily bus trips between the Governorate of Muscat and the Emirate of Sharjah.

The service aims at expanding the international network of bus transportation between Oman and the UAE, as well as boost tourism between the two countries and provide travel options for people.

The agreement was signed by Badr Mohammed al Nadabi, CEO of Mwasalat, and Yousif Khamis al Athmane, Chairman of SRTA.

On the occasion, Nadabi said, “The signing of this agreement is the culmination of joint efforts to strengthen the international transport network between Oman and the United Arab Emirates, as it will contribute to strengthening and enhancing cooperation in vital fields such as transport and tourism between the two countries.”

He added that Mwasalat is looking forward to providing an exceptional travel experience for passengers, as this service will be integrated with other transportation routes in the sultanate, providing access to several destinations in both countries. ? Mwasalat inks pact to launch bus service to
