RTA announces Dhs20 minimum top up limit for Nol card – Gulf Today

The Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced a new “Nol” card top up requirement starting from Jan.15, 2024, at the Ticket Office for just Dhs20.



Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Roads and Transport Authority said: “#RTA introduces a new Nol card top up requirement starting Jan.15, 2024, at the ticket office for just Dhs20. Seamlessly obtain or top up a #Nol card and embark on your journeys smoothly. #YourComfortMatters.”



Public transport users can top up their Nol card through four smart methods, including the RTA's website (www.rta.ae), RTA smart app, Nol Pay and Suhail app.



Recently the RTA posted on its social media account X, that you should always have a balance of Dhs15 on your Nol card – it’s the minimum you need for a round trip on the transit network. Presently, the Nol cards can be topped with a minimum of Dhs5.
