RTA announces service hours during the holy month Ramadan 2024

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the business hours of all services during the holy month of Ramadan 1445H (2024) covering Customer Happiness Centres, Paid Parking Zones, Public Buses, Dubai Metro & Tram, Marine Transport, and Service Provider Centres (Technical Testing).

Customer Happiness Centres

Working hours during the holy month of Ramadan at the Customer Happiness Centres will be as follows: Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, and Al Manara from Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 midday.

Note: Smart Customer Happiness Centres of Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf and RTA’s HQ will work round-the-clock as usual.

Service Providers Centres (Vehicle Testing)

Tasjeel Jebel Ali: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 07:00 am - 04:00 pm. Friday: 07:00 am – 12:00 pm. Sunday: Closed. Hatta: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 08:00 am – 03:00 pm Friday: 08:00 pm – 00:00 am (Midnight) Sunday: Closed. AL Qusais, Al Barsha, Al Warsan: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 08:00 am – 00:00 am (Midnight). Friday Morning Shift: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm (Midday). Friday Evening Shift: 03:00pm – 00:00 am (Midnight). Sunday: Closed.
