UAE stock markets close Tuesday's session on negative note

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Tuesday's trading session in the red zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.47% to settle at 3,372.96 points by the end of Tuesday's trading session.

A total of 109.54 million shares were traded through 5,431 transactions valued at AED 267.47 million.

National Central Cooling Co (Tabreed) led the rising stocks with 1.81%, while National Cement Co (NCC) topped the losing stocks with 10%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index declined by 0.31% to close Tuesday's session at 9,696.81 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.64 billion after 261.12 million shares had been exchanged through 18,820 transactions.

Union Insurance topped the green zone with 15%, while Abu Dhabi National Hotels Co. (ADNH) came on top of the red zone with 3.6%.
