DAMAC Properties unveils water-inspired DAMAC Lagoons project – MEP MiddleEast

Dubai Financial Market-listed real estate developer DAMAC Properties has unveiled its latest DAMAC Lagoons community, which is a new luxury development that aims to give community living a new feel with its ‘Eight Wonders of the Mediterranean’ concept.

Located adjacent to the DAMAC Hills community, DAMAC Lagoons aims to transport residents into eight majestic ‘towns’ inspired by countries based on the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The clusters within the community include: Venice, Morocco, Santorini, Costa Brava, Nice, Malta, Andalucia, and Portofino.

The community’s villas and townhouses will be built around large water lagoons with white sanded beaches. Each ‘town’ will have a unique theme with a diverse range of amenities for everyone to enjoy.
