The Emirates Mars Mission (EMM) has started its two-year science mission to take the first complete picture of Mars' lower and upper atmospheres throughout the day, night, and seasons of a full Martian year. The first Arab interplanetary exploration formally commenced the science mission on 23 May after completing spacecraft and instrument exercises, which are used to practice science observations, according to a recent press release. The probe's three instruments were activated on 10 April, followed by commissioning and testing. The instruments comprise the Emirates Mars Ultraviolet Spectrometer (EMUS), the Hope probe Emirates Exploration Imager (EXI) imager, and the Emirates Mars Infrared Spectrometer (EMIRS) which has been acquiring science demonstration data. The Emirates Mars Mission will study the Martian atmosphere and the relationship between the upper layer and lower layer. It is noteworthy to mention that , the Mars Orbital Insertion (MOI).
