Nominations are open for Gulf Business Awards 2021

Gulf Business, part of the Dubai-headquartered Motivate Media Group, has opened the nominations for the 2021 edition of its Awards. The last date to is Sunday, August 22. The nominations cover companies and business leaders across multiple industry verticals including energy, tourism and hospitality, transport and logistics, technology, finance, real estate, banking, healthcare and retail, among others. Some of the most coveted awards remain the business excellence awards which include the Gulf Business Company of the Year and Gulf Business Leader of the Year. The individual excellence awards also recognise leading personalities from the region who have shaped the economic and social conversation around the future in their respective fields. These awards include the Lifetime Achievement Award and Businesswoman of the Year. In 2020, Sir Tim Clark, president of Emirates Airline, was presented with the Gulf Business Lifetime Achievement Award, whereas Emirati filmmaker Nayla Al Khaja was handed the 2020 Businesswoman of the Year accolade. All of the company and business leaders’ shortlists will be judged on several criteria including innovation, growth, financial results, product quality, service delivery and corporate social responsibility.
