Restomodding, or the art of retooling vintage cars by adding modern performance or unique modifications, might be in the middle of its Golden Age. Everything from classic Land Rover Defenders to old Porsche 911s are ripe for rejuvenation and each designer has a different vision. The latest high-profile project to break cover is the Aether Alpine Alfa. An Alfa Romeo GTV6 built and styled in a collaboration between Aether Apparel and Oil Stain Lab. 

At  the moment, collaborations and restomod projects are the SPACs and NFTs of the automotive aftermarket world. Everyone seems to be in on one and when another comes along, it's more desirable than the last. It's also important to stand out and bring something new to the table.
