Arab interior ministers give nod for formation of expert team to monitor terror threats

RIYADH — Arab interior ministers have given their approval for the formation of a team of experts to monitor, analyze and exchange information on threats in order to prevent terrorists from moving to conflict areas and flashpoints in the Arab region.During the 38th session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, the formation of a permanent committee for criminal statistics within the General Secretariat of the Council was approved.In the meeting, the ministers give their nod to the report on the work of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS).The council expressed its appreciation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammed Bin Salman for the constructive support being accorded to NAUSS by the Saudi government.The council also expressed gratitude to and appreciation of Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, who is the honorary president of the council and the chairman of the supreme council of NAUSS, for his generous patronage of the various activities of NAUSS as well as his efforts
