As COVID restrictions continue to ease, following the mass rollout of vaccinations, major companies are pursuing vastly different workplace policies. The was a success for many companies during the pandemic but not all large organisations unanimously embraced it. Whichever path a company chooses, there is still a large appetite for remote work by employees. Large organizations, including Amazon, Twitter, Spotify, and Goldman Sachs, are taking different approaches to working arrangements. Some are embracing an all-remote workforce, while others are encouraging employees to return to their office desks.
