Michelin Guide Adds 21 New Restaurants To New York City Recommendations

If you look to the Michelin guide to make your to-dine lists, your reservation aspirations just got much longer. Today, the Michelin guide added 21 new restaurants to its New York City recommendation sections. These recently opened spots were selected to encourage local diners to enjoy these local highlights before the Michelin Guide announces its picks for Bib Gourmand and star winners this year. Hint: Reservations are about to get a lot tougher at many of these restos. "By revealing some of the new additions made by our inspectors throughout the year, we enhance our digital tools to further strengthen the ties that bind us to food lovers," said Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the MICHELIN Guides, in a statement. "We hope that these regular revelations and updates to the selection throughout the year will provide opportunities to highlight the profession and invite everyone to discover and support the restaurants around them."
