Users have the option to turn their refunds into more than 100 cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin or ethereum.

Coinbase said the deal with TurboTax is part of its plan to grow its direct deposit business. Last month, New York City Mayor

Eric Adams

said he used Coinbase to convert his first mayoral paycheck into bitcoin and etherium.
