Royal Academy of Management reviews its 2024 programmes

Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) today held a media briefing during which it outlined its programmes for academic year 2024.

They include five basic approaches for achieving impact and leadership, as well as two new programmes to enhance future leadership and the future of work in the government sector for the directors general in the GCC states.

The first approach deals with supporting the development of an integrated system on executive learning.

The second approach lays emphasis on quality and sustainability and prioritizing them as guidelines for causing impact.

The third approach focuses on establishing rapprochement with beneficiaries from the academy’s services, notably by understanding and responding to their needs and aspirations.

The fourth approach promotes consistency by aligning local content with global trends.

The fifth approach relates to the establishment of a genre of leadership that combines flexibility, experimentation and innovation.

The two new programmes deals with the readiness of future leaders in the government and private sectors. It focuses on providing future talents with knowledge, skills, visions and strategies. They introduce measures on converting theory into tangible reality.
