FADECO’s IPO 57.7x covered, final offer price set at SAR 71/share
Yaqeen Capital, as the financial advisor and lead manager on the initial public -the Nomu on of Arabian Food & Dairy Factories Co. (FADECO) (IPO)offering subscription the successful completion of retail , announced arallel MarketPaccording to a for 282,000 shares, representing 20% of the total offering,bourse filing.
The final offer price was set at SAR 71 per share, with coverage by retail investors reaching 57.7 times the size of the retail offering during the subscription period between May 11-15, the brokerage noted.
Yaqeen Capital is set to finalize the required procedures with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and then determine the date for listing of FADECO’s shares on the Nomu-Parallel Market.
