Minister of Environment participates in launching Pierre Fabre Middle East’s Green Mission Initiative

NNA - Lebanon#39;s Caretaker Minister of Environment, Dr. Nasser Yassin, reiterated the necessity of fostering a green economy and establishing the quot;Lebanon Green Investment Fundquot;, which he had launched the COP 28 conference. This fund aims to steer investments strategically towards six key sectors for a sustainable future.

During an event celebrating Pierre Fabre Company#39;s quot;Green Missionquot; success in Sin el Fil, Minister Yassin emphasized environmental responsibility. The event showcased Pierre Fabre#39;s initiative to transform the area near its offices into a green space, featuring the planting of pine trees and installation of solar panels.

Naiim Hanna, the company#39;s General Manager, reaffirmed the companyrsquo;s commitment to environmental stewardship and expressed aspirations to expand green initiatives regionally.

The event also included a video demonstrating Pierre Fabre employees#39; active participation in agricultural activities, highlighting their dedication to the company#39;s values.

Additionally, a banner was unveiled at the Sin el Fil roundabout, detailing the Pierre Fabre initiative and promoting the importance of sustainability in Lebanon#39;s urban centers.
