Philippines to receive AstraZeneca vaccine tomorrow

The Philippines will receive its first shipment of AstraZeneca vaccines on Thursday, March 4, days after logistical concerns and supply problems delayed the delivery of doses originally scheduled for March 1. The report said 487,200 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine would be handed over to the Philippines on Thursday at 7:30 pm. The latest number of doses to arrive is lower than the 525,600 doses the Philippines had expected to receive on March 1. Comments Read Next3 hours agoBahrain announces 492 new coronavirus cases17 hours agoUAE shuts 3 businesses for violating Covid-19 guidelines19 hours agoHaj pilgrims must be vaccinated against Covid-1919 hours agoUAE: Companies adopt ‘work from home country' policy20 hours agoWHO to deliver 237 million doses of AstraZeneca vaccine to 142 countries20 hours agoUAE reports 2,721 new Covid-19 cases, 15 deaths23 hours agoOman records 361 new coronavirus cases, 3 deaths1 day agoGlobal COVID-19 cases rise for first time in 7 weeks1 day agoPhilippines reports first cases of Covid-19 South African variant1 day agoSaudi Arabia launches drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination centres
