Health ministry started administering Pfizer Biontech ‘Bivalent’ booster dose – Roya News English

Tuesday, the Ministry of Health (MOH) began administering the booster dose of the Pfizer Biontech "Bivalent" vaccine in health centers across Jordan.

In a statement, the Secretary-General of the MOH for Primary Health Care and Epidemiology Raed Al-Shboul announced that 100,000 doses of the vaccine had arrived in the Kingdom.

He explained that it is given as a single booster dose to those who previously received two doses of any of the coronavirus vaccines, provided that the last dose was administered at least six months ago.
