ASEZA offers free coronavirus vaccines to those coming to Aqaba – Roya News English

Thursday, the head of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Nayef al-Bakhit announced that those who wish to enter Aqaba must provide proof that they have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine with 21 days having passed, or a negative PCR test which was taken 72 hours or less before entering the city.

He pointed out that the Ministry of Health issued instructions to ease the procedures for those wishing to enter Aqaba, which include allowing the family to enter the city if one of the parents received the COVID-19 vaccine, or by showing a negative PCR test.

This aims at attracting tourists from different cities of the world and to revive the tourism sector.
