Co to finish equipping 5 primary healthcare centers by 2021 end

KUWAIT CITY, March 27: According to informed sources, the Health Insurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) is continuing with its plan to complete the construction of its health system in preparation for receiving expatriates working in the health sector and their families, reports Al-Anba daily. They explained that Dhaman will finish equipping five primary healthcare centers covering all governorates of Kuwait by the end of 2021. The number of clinics in each center is 20 including family medicine, pediatrics and dental clinics as well as the radiology and laboratory services, all of which would be of high quality and based on the best professional practices. The Dhaman hospitals in Ahmadi and Jahra areas will have a capacity of 300 beds in each hospital.

The company has completed the first phase of its healthcare system by equipping all facilities with the best equipment and technologies and with distinguished medical and administrative staff. By the beginning of 2022, the company will have fulfilled all the necessary requirements to receive its target group of beneficiaries on the new mandatory health insurance and begin their transition to Dhaman's facilities where they will be provided integrated
