The number of people struggling with their mental health has been rising around the world for decades, with increasingly limited access to treatment.

New research has found that one step to improving mental wellbeing is to actually believe you can.

Having a high level of mental wellbeing is associated with a 69%-90% lower risk of developing a common mental disorder.

The Act-Belong-Commit campaign is a research-based mental health plan, which offers steps to help everyone take charge of their own mental wellbeing.
