With an outstanding return for the 12th consecutive year, Saudi HORECA commenced at the esteemed Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center on the 27th of November 2023, co-locating with the world-famous Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, and marking the hospitality landscape with a dynamic union of the industry’s experts, leaders, and innovators. With the support of the esteemed Culinary Art Commission, the renowned event is set to last for 3 consecutive days, until November 29, 2023.On the first day of this remarkable joint occasion, Mr. Guillaume Gomez, Global Ambassador of the French Gastronomy representing President Emmanuel Macron, and Mrs. Mayada Badr, CEO of Culinary Art Commissions, were both honored on behalf of the HORECA Network, Saudi HORECA, and Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie in Dubai, Jeddah, and Riyadh.Joumana Damous Salameh, CEO of Hospitality Services, the co-organizing company, presented the celebratory ceremony with a heartfelt speech addressing the recognized guests: “We are gathered here tonight to celebrate the profound impact of two extraordinary personalities who have reimagined our industry.
