Dubai: On World Patient Safety Day, the Dubai branch of NYSE-listed Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing patient safety.



Observed on September 17, BD said it is uniting with the global healthcare community in championing patient safety, emphasizing the role of healthcare professionals and medical technology companies, in addition to patients and their families, in ensuring unwavering patient care and safety.







"Patient safety is a core value that knows no boundaries, especially in the MENAT region," said Maher Elhassan, Vice President and General Manager of BD MENAT. "Our goal is to raise safety standards, decrease the risks associated with medical errors, and bolster the ongoing resilience of healthcare," he added.
