SEWA Completes $7.35mn Pumping Station, Pipeline Project – MEP MiddleEast
The Kalba Department of the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA) has completed a pumping station and extension of water lines at a cost of $7.35mn (AED27mn).
The completed project includes the extension of water pipelines with a diameter of 400mm and a length of 4km to feed the Al Hafiya Lake.
High quality of carbon steel was used in keeping with international specifications, and a ground water tank was constructed with a capacity of half a million gallons.
