Reconnect water supply; Consumers to pay their bills – ARAB TIMES – KUWAIT NEWS – Arab Times Kuwait News

KUWAIT CITY, March 30: Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Ali Al-Mousa has instructed the Customer Services Sector in the Ministry of Electricity and Water to re-connect water supply to consumers whose water supply was disconnected for non-payment of bills, reports Al- Rai daily quoting sources. Sources said the minister issued the directive after the concerned consumers signed a pledge to settle their bills, coinciding with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

Sources revealed the minister also issued a directive to suspend the disconnection of water supply for defaulters during Ramadan, indicating the disconnection process will resume immediately after the Eid Al- Fitr holiday. Sources pointed out the concerned consumers should take advantage of the initiative by signing payment pledges to re-connect water supply to their homes.
