Founder Institute launches accelerator programme for the Levant

US-based accelerator Founder Institute is launching its pre-seed startup accelerator in the Levant region, targeting entrepreneurs in Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon.

The Founder Institute has chapters in over 200 cities worldwide and aims to build sustainable startup ecosystems that will create one million new jobs. It provides entrepreneurs and teams with a support network and a structured growth process to get traction and funding.



The organisation claims to have helped over 5000 alumni raise over $950 million in funding since 2009.



The Levant programme is led by startup leaders, Maher Santarissy (CEO, Moment Venture Consulting), and Mohammad Santarissy (CEO, RelativelyFund).
