PACI adds feature of quarantine period on digital Civil ID – ARAB TIMES – KUWAIT NEWS – Arab Times Kuwait English Daily

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 27: The Public Authority for Civil Information stated on its twitter about a new feature for those who are vaccinated will be displayed on Kuwait Mobile ID app with green color and who are in home quarantine will show purple color.

The app is linked with the Ministry of Health in order to activate the decision of the Council of Minister to impose home quarantine of 10 days on arrival to Kuwait. To get away from quarantine a PCR test should be taken only after 72 hrs of arrival. Negative results will end the home quarantine period.  Those coming to Kuwait will need to show a PCR negative test 48 hrs before boarding the flight.

The Kuwait Mobile ID app acts as a digital ID for Kuwaitis and expats to carry all government and non government transactions.
