Samsung Gulf Electronics opened a refurbished state-of-the-art customer service plaza in Azaiba on Wednesday spread over 400sqmMuscat – Samsung Gulf Electronics opened a refurbished state-of-the-art customer service plaza in Azaiba on Wednesday. Spread over 400sqm, it will be staffed by a team of skilled engineers. While the brand boasts of minimum service time for its customers, the centre is expected to improve facilities  further. 

Operated by Samsung partner SARCO Oman, the new upgraded centre is designed to provide a modern customer service experience in line with global standards. The centre  offers comprehensive mobile and tablet repairs, software updates and mobile phone recycling services.
