Missing plane found in Iceland – Roya News English
A missing plane that took off Thursday from the airport in the Icelandic capital, Reykjavik, with four people on board, including three foreign tourists, was found at a depth of dozens of meters in a lake, the coast guard and police said.
More information about the accident, especially the fate of the passengers, is expected to be revealed later on Saturday.
"A remote-controlled submarine found the plane (...) in the southern part of Thingvalavatn, at 23:00 (Friday)," the two sources wrote on Facebook on Friday night.
