MoEHE organises forum for physical education teachers – The Peninsula

Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) held a forum for physical education (PE) teachers, which was intended for guided readings, with the aim of exchanging experiences among PE teachers and coordinators, as well as introduce them to useful book summaries in the specialisation, or articles, research and educational studies that were summarised, presented and discussed.

During the forum, more than 17 PE books were reviewed, presented by a group of PE teachers and coordinators at the level of all school grades, which emphasized the importance of guided readings and exchanging experiences to benefit everyone.

Head of PE Department at the Educational Guidance Department Faisal Al Bader stressed that the forum and its interest in guided reading represented a major direction for the department in terms of its continuation in the coming years, noting its important role in enriching the amount of knowledge for teachers related to their profession, in line with the human development pillar as the cornerstone of Qatar National Vision 2030.
