Here’s how a customer in Oman tackled this situation appeared first on The Arabian Stories News.MUSCAT : The Consumer Protection Authority gave out details on the saga that began when a consumer who had purchased a new vehicle from an agency in Muscat encountered malfunctions after using the vehicle. The consumer promptly complained, seeking redress for the issues faced.

After thorough assessment and discussions, both parties agreed to a settlement to resolve the matter amicably.

As part of the settlement, the auto agency took the proactive step of accepting the return of the vehicle and reimbursing the consumer with the full vehicle value, totalling RO 11189.
